The only way the shipment is to a residence. The order will be sent to the address indicated at the time of your purchase. The supplier does not guarantee the delivery of the mailboxes.
The shipments that we make at our logistics centers located in Spain, Germany and Hong Kong will be met with the delivery deadlines indicated when ordering, and, of course, there will be no increase in the price.
In case of not receiving a package within the given deadline, an investigation will be carried out along with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate time is fourteen (14) days). During this period, you cannot make any transmission or refund of the order.
We advise that upon receipt of your package, you verify that everything is in accordance with your order and that the package package is in perfect condition, after a booking signature, and indicate on the carrier delivery note, if any anomaly is found when you receive it.
