If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you can request a refund within 14 calendar days after delivery. Once we accept your application and receive the product, we will provide you with a full refund.
Return requests made outside the 14-day period will not be accepted. Similarly, we may decide not to accept returns in the following cases:
- The defects or damages caused by misuse, negligence, physical damage, product alterations, incorrect adjustment, deterioration by normal use, or incorrect installation after purchase.
- If the only reason for the return is price fluctuation.
In all cases, we will investigate the product and verify the failure. To be admitted for a replacement or a refund, the devices must be in "as if new" condition and if possible with the original sealed package intact. The accessories must be hermetically sealed in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return in case you determine that the returned product has been damaged.
The disagreement model is optional as you can make your request through any other form of clear and unambiguous communication.
