In compliance with the current regulations, the Shengaofa Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. that operates through the Internet from the present website WWW.RENEWFY.NET is detailed below the general conditions of the contracting of the products and/or services offered through it and of which the rights and obligations of the parties are generated.

These General Contract Conditions (hereinafter "Conditions") have the function of regulating the relationship between Shengaofa Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Prestador") and customers (hereinafter the "User"), relating to all transactions made through the website of the online store.

This contract is intended to regulate the contractual relationship between the provider and the user at the time when the provider accepts the purchase during the online hiring process through the mechanisms set out below. After registration, the assignment of the user name and the access key occurs automatically, according to the ones previously chosen by the person concerned.

-Starting with the purchase process and adding products to the cart. The mandatory data will be requested and the Checkout will be requested for the submission data. The registration system is not provided with a user verification system in the discharge process. So before user activation on the system, a welcome message is sent to the email. 18.-How to extend or cancel my order

To cancel an order after making a purchase, the purchase may be cancelled with full refund as long as the following conditions are met:

The order can also be cancelled from the user's profile at WWW.RENEWFY.NET via the web contact form indicating that the order is to be cancelled, provided that the above conditions are met. The money will be returned on the same credit/debit card with which you have made the purchase, within 15-30 calendar days.

19.-Expense and shipping forms

Shipping expenses are included in the final product price.

The shipment will be carried out by the seller's designated carrier.


20.-The delivery time

The estimated delivery for the products purchased on the web will be 1 to 5 business days from the fulfillment of the order.

Between the fulfillment of the order and the date of the first attempt of delivery by the transport company at the address indicated in the order, corresponds to the sum of these 2 factors:

1. The deadline for preparing the shipment = validation and verification of your data and payment + preparation of your order + collected by the transport company.

2. The transport and delivery time of your order are indicated in business days. In the event that you do not receive a package within the stated time frame, an investigation will be carried out with the carrier that could last several days (the approximate time is fourteen (14) business days). During this period, no forwarding or refund of the order can be made.

We advise that when you receive your package, verify that everything is in line with your order and that the package package is in perfect condition, then sign with reservations and hand in the delivery order of the carrier if you have found any failure to receive it. 24.-General provisions on the Payment Process

-The payment order given by the User necessarily implies the adherence to these General Conditions, as well as the particular conditions of the order.

-For any form of payment chosen by the User, all payments shall be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the financial institutions involved or by the payment platforms in a secure manner (e.g. Visa, MasterCard, etc.).

-Once the payment has been made correctly, the User will receive two emails, one confirming that the payment is successful and another with the purchase information, detailing the entire order that accredits the essential conditions of the operation:

-Contract services, and description of the delivery of the same.

-Products sent to the address indicated by the User

The confirmation email will contain the invoice of the product with which the User will be able, upon receipt of the order, to request the guarantee from the corresponding merchant.

In any case, through the website, the User will always have access to the information of their orders and their corresponding invoices for purchased purchases.

If there is an error, a message will appear indicating that the purchase could not be processed and no mail will be sent.

The Provider, reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in the event of any signs of fraudulent operations by placing in the knowledge of the competent authorities the conduct that is susceptible of investigation for the prevention of the fraud.

25.-Returns of defective, damaged or incorrect products or by exercising the right of Discharge

Once you have received your order, you may withdraw from your purchase, provided that the product has not been used, has its original packaging and corresponding manuals, as well as all of its original accessories or promotional gifts if it were within the 14 calendar days after receipt of your order.

We remind you that, when you make use of your right of withdrawal, the payment of the money paid by the acquired product/s will be made and will include the purchase amount and if they have existed, the delivery costs in the least expensive mode of delivery.

Items may not be returned, exercising the right of withdrawal, which do not have their original packaging intact and unsealed, as well as any type of custom product for the customer. In this sense, the return of all products that present some kind of manipulation of the protective film of the box or wrapping will not be accepted, otherwise the value of the article will suffer a depreciation of the same.

In case of products that require their opening and use to be able to know if they work properly, the Prestador, will require to accept their return that the product that is returned, is in perfect condition and also, having all its elements, packaging and wrappers.

And you must also ensure that:

a) It has not been used incorrectly or negligently, has not been tampered with or imprudent and has not been subjected to abnormal or harmful conditions.

b) You have not been involved in any accidents or have been damaged when attempting to repair or modify it.

c) It has not been used in a manner contrary to the requirements of the manufacturer in the Product Instructions.

d) Not deteriorated due to natural wear after reception.

In case the product does not meet any of the above requirements, we may decide, according to our criteria, not to repair or replace the product or to refund the amount paid and/or we can ask you to refund the entire transport and revision costs, which have arisen according to the current standard rates. In order to complete this refund, we may charge the costs mentioned in your credit or debit card account or use the payment data provided when you make the order.

In case of defective product, the Prestador will proceed, as appropriate, to the repair, replacement, price reduction or contract resolution, which will be free for the consumer and user.

In case the product or its wrapper has suffered any damage or is not found in the original shipping conditions, the value of the item will suffer a depreciation of the item.

This provision does not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by the legislation in force.

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the terms of the Contract is a damaged product during your shipment, or is incorrect you will need to contact us immediately by means of our contact form, facilitating the product data as well as the damage you suffer, or by contacting us by e-mail at SUPPORT@RENEWFY.ES.

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and will inform you by email within a reasonable period of time if the return or replacement of the product (if any) is appropriate. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days of the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item proceeds.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to a proven defect or defect, will be refunded to you in full, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item to you. The refund will be made on the same payment method that was used to pay for the purchase.

The rights recognized by the current legislation remain safe.

26.-Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of:

At any time, you can contact our Customer Service to ask for help, put suggestions or claims by writing to support@renewfy.shop our public service schedule will be from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 17:00.

It will not be taken by phone.

28.-Warranty for products

All items offered on our website are guaranteed by RENEWFY in the legally established terms, for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery.

This 1-year warranty period, from product delivery, may be extended for twelve more months by customer acquisition of the warranty extension product.

Some accessories that come with different warranty periods, due to the nature of the product design, manufacturing or intended use. The batteries account with a warranty of 6 months. The limited warranty only covers defects of products caused by the labor or building materials. To present a claim, present your original proof of purchase (invoice), model and serial number of the product, as well as photographic proof that the product was defective upon arrival.

Any repair and replacement service covered by this warranty, along with shipping costs, will be free for one year. If the telephone is not covered by the guarantee, it is the customer who must assume the transport costs for a value of 10 €, the amount of which will be paid before the terminal is sent back to the customer.

Please note that we only offer after-sales service in the areas where we ship (this includes repairs and/or replacements/refoulments)

While the warranty does not include:

1. Defects or damage caused by accidents, negligence, misuse or abnormal use; abnormal conditions or inadequate storage; exposure to liquids, moisture, sand or soil; unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical efforts.

2. Scratches, mostings and cosmetic damage, unless they are caused by factory origin.

3. Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of metal objects on the touch screen.

4. Devices whose serial number or IMEI number has been removed, disfigured, damaged, altered or made unreadable.

5. Deterioration by ordinary use.

6. Defects or damages resulting from the use of the product along with ancillary/peripheral products or equipment that has not been supplied or approved by the manufacturer.

7. Any physical defects or damage resulting from tests, operations, maintenance, installation, service or inappropriate adjustments not provided or approved by the manufacturer.

8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with another object, fire, floods, land, hurricanes, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to meteorological conditions, theft, burning fuse or inappropriate use of any electrical source.

9. Defects or damages resulting from the receipt or transmission of the mobile signal, or from viruses or other software problems introduced in the product.

10. Products not purchased through RENEWFY.

11. Repair performed by non-official RENEWFY technical service.

The provider reserves the right to request an official technical service of the brand, a verification of the origin of the problem. In the event of a defect caused by reason other than its origin, the repair will be invoiced. In those cases that justify the application of the guarantee, it will be opted for the repair, replacement of the article, reduction or refund, in the legally established terms.

RENEWFY can use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts and components when you repair any product. Alternatively we can completely replace the defective product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new product.

To enable you to make the warranty effective, please contact Customer Support via the contact form or by email, where they will inform you of the process to follow.

29.-Prestor Rights

● Keep, modify or suspend your web without warning.

● Modify the price of the offers.

● Reject orders for lack of stock or customer default.

● Reject access to IT tools to clients in case of non-compliance with these conditions.

● Perceive the amount of customer purchases, accepted the transaction.

● To reserve the domain and retain full ownership of the item up to full payment by the customer.

● Do not reproduce, dispose or dispose of the information published by The Prestador in all its contents without express permission of the company itself.

● Proceed to correct or amend human or computer errors.

30.-Limitation of responsibility

All the information provided by the User to the Prestor and through the corresponding forms must be truthful. It is the User's responsibility to keep the data provided, to the Prestador, duly updated. In any event, the Prestor disclaims any liability for damages caused as a result of having provided false, insufficient, inaccurate or incorrect information.

Access to the website does not imply any obligation on the part of the Prestor to verify the authenticity, suitability, completeness, accuracy, adequacy and updating of the information provided by the User through the corresponding forms.

The Provider shall not be liable in those cases where it corresponds to the parents, guardians or legal representatives of the underage or disabled Users, to authorize the access, provision of personal information or use of the website or the hiring of any products or services provided through the web applications or platform. It shall be the responsibility of such parents, guardians or legal representatives to supervise the access and use of the minor or incapacitated to the procurement of the products and services provided through WWW.RENEWFY.NET.

Users ' access to the Content does not imply any obligation on the part of the Prestador to control the absence of viruses or computer elements that may have any harmful effects on the computer equipment of the User. In any case, it will be up to the User to have the necessary tools to detect such viruses or computer elements of a harmful nature. Accordingly, the provider shall not be liable for any damages caused to the computer equipment of the Users or third parties during the access to the Content.

The Provider will not respond to interruptions in electrical or telecommunications services that prevent users from using the services offered.

31.-Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish law in that which is not expressly established. The provider and the user agree to submit any dispute that may arise from the provision of the products or services subject to these conditions, to the Courts and Courts of the user's domicile.

In the event that the user has his or her address outside of Spain, the provider and the user expressly renounce any other forum, submitting to the Courts and Courts of the address of the OWNER OF THE WEBSITE.
